Processing and dispatch

We do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Processing time is separate from transit time. An order confirmation or shipping-label notification does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the parcel.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days, approximately 2-3 weeks, once shipped.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Actual delivery varies by destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, public holidays and seasonal demand. These estimates are not a promise of delivery before a birthday, holiday or other event. Please allow additional time when ordering for a specific occasion.

Delays and your options

Some orders may take longer than expected. If we become aware that we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and, where required, ask whether you wish to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

We will not treat this policy as blanket consent to an indefinite delay. If we cannot supply your order, we will cancel the affected items and refund the amounts due, including applicable delivery charges. Your cancellation and refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Transit delays do not automatically mean a parcel is lost. Contact us if the estimated window has passed so that we can investigate. A carrier investigation does not remove any remedy you are entitled to by law. We do not require you to wait indefinitely for an unresolved delivery.

Shipping charges and destinations

Our standard shipping offer is $1.99 USD per order containing one piece, with free standard shipping on orders containing two or more pieces.

Available rates and eligible destinations are displayed at checkout. Contact us before paying if the checkout rate differs from this offer. Any additional service must be expressly selected by you.

We do not promise delivery to destinations that are unavailable at checkout or unsupported by our delivery partners.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may not appear immediately and may pause between facilities or international handovers.

Please check your order email and spam folder. Contact us if you have not received tracking after the processing period.

Delivery address and changes

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including any apartment number and postal code. Contact us immediately if you need a correction. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an address error you supplied or an uncollected shipment, we will review the circumstances and explain any reasonable, actual redelivery costs before arranging another shipment, where permitted by law. No additional charge will be made without your agreement.

Customs and international delivery

International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import charges. Unless checkout expressly states that duties or taxes are included, destination charges may be payable by the recipient under local rules.

We do not mark goods as gifts or understate their value. Contact us before refusing a parcel so we can explain the available options. Any deduction relating to a refused shipment must be lawful and reflect actual recoverable costs.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, check the delivery address, household members and safe locations, then contact us promptly.

We will review the tracking and available delivery evidence with you. A delivered scan does not automatically resolve a disputed delivery.

Keep damaged packaging and take clear photographs where reasonably possible. Please do not discard an affected product before contacting us.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The policy in force when you ordered applies to that order; later changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights.
